Research interests

My research interests focus on the factors that enable young people to achieve psychological well-being. Among other things, I’m very interested in stress, and all the strategies that help regulate it, such as physical exercise and meditation. I’m also very interested in emotional skills.

Research interests

I have a particular interest in the role of the environment, especially the school environment, in well-being and educational success. My research is guided by values such as reducing social inequalities and promoting educational success for all. In my thesis, I explore the diversification of educational pathways in adulthood, examining its various antecedents and outcomes using quantitative and qualitative data.

Research interests

I’m interested in the conditions that support the well-being and quality of life of young people, both during and after their school careers. I’m also interested in ways of supporting families to foster a caring climate at home, conducive to the positive development of children and healthy communication between family members. I have a keen interest in self-compassion – both as an individual skill and as a relational lever – as well as in ways of cultivating it to support mental health from a preventive perspective. Finally, I’m interested in the implementation and impact of evidence-based psycho-educational interventions, particularly those that promote parental involvement and the quality of family relationships.

Research interests

My research interests focus on the links between mental health and academic success. I’m currently working with the ASD clientele, so it’s a population that’s close to my heart. As a member of a university sports team, I’m also interested in the link between academic success and sport.
